Technical Program Manager

• Program/Project Management: Plan, initiate, and oversee IT programs/projects. Manage scope, complexity, and impact across the product lifecycle.
• Interdependencies and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate interdependencies and integrations among projects, teams, and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between business and technical aspects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and adoption of best practices.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
• Strategic Planning: Develop project stages and assess the business implications at each stage.
• Telecommuting: Work remotely up to 60% of the time.

Educational Requirements / Experience:

• Degree in Management Information Systems preferred or related field 6 years of program management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs or projects in IT or related fields.
• Experience in roles requiring program management expertise.
