Vega Consulting Solutions is Hiring a Delivery manager/Scrum Master for our Direct NYC based client. Seeking Candidates that are located in the Tri State area.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-organizational team focused on the delivery of high visibility initiatives.
- Establish and execute delivery management practices necessary for success.
- Accountable for execution and tracking of program Agile deliverables for Technology across Lines of Business and Functional Areas.
- Prepare and review program dashboards, performance metrics, and scorecards including weekly and monthly program status updates.
- Manage and monitor backlog analysis and management, work stream planning, and delivery of project plans and end-to-end timelines.
- Interact with business product owners to understand and groom requirements backlog.
- Establish strong partnerships with the Agile team, work stream leads, business partners, and product owners.
- Prevent, minimize, diagnose, and remedy delivery risks and issues.
- Maintain internal databases and systems to collect, track, and report program progress.
- Prepare ad hoc internal reports on program activity, timeline, and plans for Senior level and Executive Management Team.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and metrics.
- Complete status dashboard reports and scorecard updates.
- Assist with communications and presentation materials.
- Design and document execution processes where required.
Job Requirement:
- 7 years of relevant experience in Product delivery management.
- Prefer candidates with Hospitality Industry experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and quick learner who can take initiative and work independently and with a team.,
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with both technology and business stakeholders.
- Flexible with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities in a frequently changing environment.
- Assertive with strong interpersonal skills and solid written and verbal business communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Familiarity with practical implementations of Agile scrum methodology.
- A 'can do' attitude that fosters a positive work environment.
