Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership and accountability for personnel and productivity of assigned shift in the Tool Room. To provide support for manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing all tooling and related machinery in a safe and orderly fashion as directed by the Tooling Manager. Oversee and direct team members in a safe, quality-minded and productive manner to attain priorities as scheduled. The Crew Lead must possess excellent leadership and human relations skills, be decisive and responsible, and lead by example. The Crew Lead must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and work toward continual improvement. The Crew Leader assists in training and relief of Team Members.
