CDL Operator/Laborer in the CIPP Industry - We Train!
Are you a CDL holder looking for a hands-on, team-oriented job? We're looking for a CDL Operator/Laborer who's eager to learn and grow with us! No prior experience with CIPP equipment? No problem! We provide on-the-job training to help you build the skills you need.
What You'll Do
As a CDL Operator/Laborer, you'll work as part of a crew to help maintain and rehabilitate underground pipelines. Your daily tasks may include:
Operating and maintaining vacuum trucks, cameras, and cutting equipment (training provided).
Assisting with cleaning and inspection of pipelines.
Learning to use robotic cameras to identify pipe conditions.
Helping with site preparation and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Communicating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
Must be able to enter confined spaces - examples include but are not limited to manholes.
What You Need to Get Started
A valid Class A or B CDL (with a DOT medical card).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
The ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on work.

Additional Details
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Must have a valid CDL Driver's License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record as well as an acceptable inquiry to FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Flexibility with work hours is needed-our shifts start at 6:30 AM and go until the job is done.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 75 pounds occasionally, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Often required to sit, stand, walk, bend knees, stretch arms, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Able to work extended hours (up to 12 per day) during peak periods.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those employees encountered while performing the essential functions of this job. Employee is exposed to environmental conditions, working near machines and loud noises associated with construction sites. Exposed to variable weather conditions including rain, snow, wind, cold and heat. Also exposed to variable terrain. Work is performed outdoors. Employee will be exposed to outdoor temperatures conducive to Southeastern United States including excessive heat.
