Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers by generating leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events
- Clearly communicate the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, while guiding clients through available incentives, tax credits, and rebates
- Present personalized solar proposals that address client needs, expertly handle questions or concerns, and negotiate favorable terms to close contracts
- Work closely with the sales team to not only meet but exceed both individual and team sales targets, sharing innovative strategies and best practices
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by offering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- A high school diploma is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply

- Familiarity with solar energy products, systems, and emerging trends in the renewable energy sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage, influence, and educate potential customers
