Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Plan air travel, hotel stays and rental cars as appropriate for a team of approximately 10 travelers.
Assist travelers with preparing expense reports in compliance with company guidelines
Ensure compliance with company guidelines for all expense reports.
Monthly reconciliation of the corporate American Express bill with expense reports filed and processed.
Take on special projects on an as needed basis.
Skills and Education Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years small office management with some expense processing experience
Skills:
Professional demeanor
Basic proficiency levels with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work independently
Creative problems solver
Ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information
Accurate, thorough and detail oriented
Tracking of multiple project plans and due dates
Outstanding follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
