We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Velociti Services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities, ensuring a clean and attractive environment for our clients and their customers. Your contributions will enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the landscapes we manage.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote healthy growth.
- Monitor the condition of the grounds and report any issues or needed repairs.
- Assist in landscape maintenance projects as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care requirements.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
