What You’ll Do :
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve level one issues in computer hardware and software.
- Install and upgrade hardware and software and provide complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems.
- Provide general desktop support, release coordination, imaging / re-imaging PCs, and laptops.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to end users by chat, phone, email, or in person.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for timely repair of hardware under maintenance agreements or warranties.
- Perform minor hardware repairs for hardware outside of third-party support.
- Aid in the installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc.
- Track the use and restock inventory for items such as laptops, mice, keyboards, docking stations, monitors, and IP phones.
