We are looking for REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join one of Rochester, New York’s top workplaces! The hours of operation are between 8:00a-8:00p EST and we are asking that you have a flexible schedule to accommodate.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquires. Some duties include:
- Providing responsive and professional customer service to members regarding their auto insurance policies.
- Advising of and selling membership benefits to customers on calls.
- Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
- Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
- Attending coachings and team meetings.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for those with the following:
- Inbound customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars.
- Must be willing to advise of and sell membership benefit products.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
- A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
- Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
- Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently, with prior experience working in a virtual desktop environment.
- Prior experience with Five9 a plus.
