Role: National Sales Manager

We are actively seeking a full-time National Sales Manager, based in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by developing client relationships, managing accounts, managing a team of 8-12 Account Executives and delivering top-tier payment processing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • Account Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Team Managment - Manage a team of 8-12 account Executives
  • Consultative Selling – Educate potential clients on the benefits of our payment processing solutions and tailor offerings to meet their unique needs.
  • Customer Service & Support – Provide exceptional client assistance, ensuring seamless onboarding and continued engagement.
  • Industry Knowledge – Stay ahead of trends in finance, technology, and payment processing to offer cutting-edge solutions.

  • Knowledge of finance, technology, or business consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred.)
  • Previous experience in payment processing and/or point-of-sale technology (highly preferred.)
  • Prior experience in technology/SaaS sales is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary: $50K–$60K annually.
