Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order picking, and packing. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
Duties
- Build and organize product displays for easy access and visibility.
- Operate order pickers and cranes to retrieve products from high shelves safely.
- Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse organization through effective inventory management practices.
- Ability to cross train
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Skills
- Proficiency in order picking, packing, cycle counting and general warehouse management.
- Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork within the warehouse setting.
