Project Leader – Architecture Firm
General Summary
Our client, a leading firm in the architecture industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Leader to oversee project activities, ensure quality control, and manage project delivery. Reporting to a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, the Project Leader will manage all phases of project management, from design to contract documentation, shop drawing checks, site visits, and project closeout.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position may supervise Designers I, II, and III.
Essential Duties
To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to execute the following duties :
- Direct hands-on drawing production efforts of the project team.
- Coordinate workload with the project team and consultants to meet schedules.
- Review architectural documents for coordination with all disciplines.
- Coordinate, write, and / or edit architectural specifications.
