We re looking for a Principal Program Manager/Sr Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team and
partner directly with Sr. Director of Digital Engineering. In this role, you ll help drive key

digital initiatives across multiple product portfolios, collaborating closely with cross-
functional technology teams to bring modern, scalable solutions to life. If you're someone

What You ll Be Doing:
As the operational backbone of Digital Engineering, you'll partner with the Sr. Director of
Digital Engineering and her leadership team to steer key initiatives, enable collaboration
across diverse technology groups, and ensure our teams stay aligned, accountable, and
focused on delivering impact.
Own and lead the rhythm of the business supporting operational cadences,
aligning goals, and ensuring execution across multiple teams
Drive coordination and transparency across cross-functional technology teams,
including product, engineering, data, platform, security, and enterprise architecture
Support strategy & Operations planning and execution across multiple digital
products and business portfolios
Facilitate weekly leadership syncs and cross-team check-ins to surface risks,
remove blockers, and align on priorities
Develop and evolve prioritization frameworks that help guide product and
engineering decisions
Prepare high-impact executive updates, planning docs, and board-level
presentations
Use data to support decision-making and deliver actionable insights to leadership
What You Bring:
10 years in program management, operations, consulting, or product-adjacent
roles in a tech-forward organization
Experience working with cross-functional technology teams, including engineering,
product management, QA, DevOps and infrastructure

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery
Strong operational and strategic thinking with a bias for action
Bachelor s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced
degree preferred
Strong communicator and influencer who builds trust and alignment across
technical and non-technical audiences
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple workstreams at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities
Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and a passion for delivering
measurable results
