We empower guests with tools and education to make confident online purchases by ensuring they have the right size and fit information. Our goal is to build trust in our size and fit recommendations, eliminating the need for guests to search multiple sources—both on and off our platform.
We integrate educational features across key touchpoints, including:

· Search & Filters
· Product Pages
· Size Guides
· Quizzes
Key Guest Needs
1. Consistent Recommendations – Guests require detailed and consistent recommendations in order to build trust.
2. Contextual Information – All the crucial information guests need to be assured of the perfect size and fit is woven throughout the journey.
3. Clear Language – Guests are seeking simple and consistent language to de-code the mystery of choosing their size and fit.
No lulu-isums.
4. Inclusive Representation – Guests are seeking enhanced visual aids and supporting information to help them understand how garments fit and feel.
Current & Upcoming Initiatives (Q1/Q2)
· Enhancing Fit & Length Education – Ensuring consistent fit and length guidance across genders and product categories.
· Length Guide Exploration – Developing an educational tool to showcase how different garment lengths fit various body shapes.
· Size Guide Enhancements – Expanding size and fit education with features like product measurements, “how to measure” guides, and length guides.
· Hybrid Sizing Solutions – Creating a scalable approach for Web and Guest App to display translated sizes (e.g., alpha to numeric) on product pages.
· TrueFit Improvements – Enhancing the UI for a better experience and exploring expansion into additional categories, such as Sports Bras.
Required skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in product design or user experience design, preferably in retail, ecommerce, omni-channel or adjacent industries.
- Proven skills in all of the following: User Centered Design methodologies; creating mock-ups and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity; UI design, including current industry best-practice in UI standards, and Accessibility requirements, for web and mobile.
- A portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process.
- Proficient in Figma and Miro (or equivalent tools).
- Ability to drive results in a collaborative environment.
- Solid presentation skills to share your work with credibility, clarity, and confidence.
- Ability in facilitation techniques that enable groups to build clarity and alignment.
- Experience translating qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions.
- Practical understanding (including capabilities, patterns and limitations) of current technologies used to build rich experiences in responsive web and native mobile apps.
- Ability to balance great design solutions with an iterative, agile approach.
- BA / BS degree UX/UI design, UCD, HCI, or related field of study, or equivalent experience
Salary : $50 - $55
