Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate functionality.
- Customize search solutions for deployment on-premise or in the cloud, ensuring seamless integration.
Technical Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced search technologies, natural language processing, and Generative AI.
- Configure and implement the Generative AI-powered assistant, fine-tuning features for maximum business value.
- Customize UI/UX components and address technical challenges with efficient solutions.
Client Engagement and Support
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Feedback
- Work closely with internal product and engineering teams, relaying client feedback to enhance the product roadmap.
Cross-Industry Adaptability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering tailored solutions across industries such as life sciences, aerospace, and customer service.
- Travel to client locations as needed to provide hands-on support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (CS/IS/IT, Engineering).
- 5 years of experience implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and REST API integrations.
- Expertise in frontend development using Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of databases, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, IIS, and Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
