VVG is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ for following hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm!

What You’ll Do:

The Facility Maintenance will be assigned to various duties in the Service Department that interacts, participates, and assists in the effective operation of the shop. Facility Maintenance is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the tool room and facility.

Job Duties:

• Performs daily cleaning and organizing activities within the office and shop
• Drains the oil pan carts into the oil waste barrels
• Sweeping and floor scrubbing of shop bays as well as polishing of floors
• Organization and cleanliness of the Tool Room
• Assists with special projects in the shop
• Responsible for facility maintenance
• Maintaining lot in clean and marketable condition
• Running errands for company as needed
• Performing additional job-related duties as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude who is also able to work independently
• Ability to use wide range of tools and equipment for repairs and building maintenance
• More than 2 years’ experience in building maintenance preferred
• Organization and time management skills
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Work may include exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.
• Regularly required to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in all types of weather.
• Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical
  
  

Compensation:

• $19-$20/hour depending on experience and skills
