What You’ll Do:

The Finance and Warranty Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting vehicle sales operations by facilitating financing solutions for customers and promoting extended warranty packages. This role requires a strong foundation in automotive financing, exceptional organizational skills, and a dedication to delivering superior customer service.

Job Duties:

• Assist customers with financing needs by exploring and presenting various funding options.
• Support customers in selecting appropriate warranty packages that meet their needs.
• Conduct research to understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the sales team and clients to enhance customer satisfaction and foster business growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings to existing clients and secure new business deals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect the organization's interests.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants based on financial metrics and credit reports.
• Calculate loan/lease payments using financial calculators.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer concerns and operational needs.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer finance or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
• Experience working with automotive financing or warranty services is preferred
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Positive attitude with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
  
  

Compensation:

• $20-$25/hour depending on skills and experience Bonus
