Program Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead customer strategies and manage products from new product introduction through volume production. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments. The ideal candidate will have experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or contract manufacturing and be passionate about delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and prioritize team activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
• Ensure successful new product introduction (NPI) and execute to standard processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including pricing, inventory turns, and product quality.
• Manage recurring pricing activities and negotiate with customers for cost-effective solutions.
• Lead executive and quarterly business reviews (EBRs and QBRs), ensuring meeting objectives and preparation.
• Oversee customer demand management, aligning with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimizations within the customer relationship and manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage customer expectations effectively.

Must Have:

• 4-year degree in engineering or business.
• Experience within electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing (CM).
• Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Teams conferencing software.
• Experience supporting a global business operation.
• Enthusiastic and motivational communicator with multi-cultural experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience in program management, ideally in an EMS environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools and metrics.
