The Role You'll Play:
As a Store Lead at Velvet Box, you are a trusted leader who ensures the success of both the customer experience and team performance. Acting as an extension of the Store Manager, you will set the tone for excellence, uphold our brand standards, and foster a highly professional, boutique shopping environment. You'll coach and guide your team to deliver concierge-level service with expertise and grace, creating an inviting and polished experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Maintain a highly professional demeanor while providing mentorship, training, and support to sales associates.
- Deliver a Luxury Retail Experience: Create an upscale, judgment-free shopping environment that meets Velvet Box's elevated service standards.
- Drive Sales & Performance: Motivate and coach the team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through expert consultation and personalized service.
