- Deliver a Luxury Retail Experience: Create an upscale, judgment-free shopping environment that meets Velvet Box's elevated service standards.
- Drive Sales & Performance: Motivate and coach the team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through expert consultation and personalized service.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, well-stocked, and visually reflective of a boutique, high-end shopping experience.
- Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful, consultative relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.

- Luxury Retail or Upscale Customer Service Experience: Previous leadership experience in high-end retail, beauty, fashion, or hospitality preferred.
