Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house area, ensuring excellent customer service
- Have flexibly with scheduling, day & night availability
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective front of house operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist with food production as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Shared tips based on hours worked each day
- Growth within the position, starting as a server & working towards taking over FOH Manager resposibilites with pay reflecting that
