- Assist Guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
- Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions
- Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law
- Have full knowledge of food & beverage menus and promotions
- Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Efficiently run the bar during your shift, stock supplies as needed
- Other functions as assigned by management
