Who You Are
You possess white-glove customer support skills combined with creative tenacity. You are confident in your ability to solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment. You know how to lead by example through timely and transparent communication, documentation, and tech advocacy.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will demonstrate proven experience in an entrepreneurial, startup, or enterprise setting. You will be responsible for technical escalations in one or two technical domains, and will have a well-rounded skill set in all the competencies that support IT in an office environment.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Assist in the configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and administering our catalog of SaaS applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, evaluate SaaS solutions, and make informed decisions on implementation and integration.
- Create and manage IT specific Jira workflows including project workflows, security schemes, screen schemes, and permission and notification schemes.
- Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and configuration of employees’ access to various computer systems and tools.
- Support with automations that enhance onboarding, mid cycle, and off-boarding user lifecycle management.
- Performing troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and / or organizations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for supported applications, processes, integrations, and any other training materials for internal employees and IT Staff.
- Responsible for the administration of Admin groups and resource sets within Okta, ensuring the autonomy of other administrators within their relative applications.
- Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Systems team on SaaS-related issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $97,000.00 to $106,700.00 per year.
LI-Hybrid
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
