Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of construction projects from planning and design to execution and closeout.

Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets based on project requirements and client specifications.

Oversee project activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.

Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and management, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.

Candidate Skills :

Experience in managing a variety of construction projects across different sectors, including but not limited to Commercial, Residential construction projects, Industrial, and Institutional construction projects

Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices related to various construction sectors.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to construction projects.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in construction management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant software applications.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
