Overview:
Part-time. Minimum 24 hours per week.
Pay: $16/hr.
Work From Home, but must be located within Des Moines Metro area for training.
Shifts:
6PM-10AM M-F
8AM-8PM on Weekends with weekend differential.
The Frontline Lead Specialist is a critical role in our organization, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management as needed.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify, follow-up, and confirm potential sales leads from incoming inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and set expectations for scheduled calls from sales consultants.
- Capture and update customer information in our CRM system accurately.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales departments for follow-up.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and/or other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A positive and customer-focused attitude.
Additional Considerations:
- Knowledge of our products and services is preferred.
- Experience in working independently is beneficial.
