Overview:

VWi is a national Business Process Outsourcing organization that provides innovative people, process, and technology solutions for companies across various business sectors from mid-size ($1B in revenue) to the Fortune 500.   Our services include Procure to Payment (Purchasing and Accounts Payable), Credit to Collect (Accounts Receivable management), and Record to Report (Treasury and Audit Accounting).  

As a member of our team you will be responsible for delivery of the prescribed service solution to our clients in a professional manner highly focused on the customer experience and aligned with client’s objectives.  A Level 01 Customer Service Agent is responsible for ensuring customers receive service excellent both verbally and in written communication.  

 

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to patient’s
  • Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
  • Make product and service suggestions to meet the patient’s specific needs
  • Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from patient’s
  • Promptly respond to patient’s questions submitted via email or our website
  • Answer patient’s questions and provide information to resolve any issues
  • Obtain necessary information from patient’s to adequately follow up
  • Document important patient information for future reference
  • Collect and record patient feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic excel, word and Outlook knowledge preferred
  • Language fluency in Spanish or French a plus

 

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Basic computer skills and an excellent phone disposition
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team

 

 Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
  • This position will require travel - up to 0%
