Venice Toyota’s Collision Center is hiring now for an Auto Body Shop Parts Counter Person who will order, receive, process, and monitor parts throughout repair process. If you are a motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities - Body Shop Parts Counter Person:
- Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
- Work with vendors to locate and order parts
- Receive correct parts and inspect for quality
- Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
- Maintain accurate accounting record for purchased and/or return parts
- Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
- Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
- Mirror match parts to ensure we have current part
Qualifications/Requirements – Body Shop Parts Counter Person:
Some automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required- Problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Must work well with others and achieve common goals
- Able to use 3 different computer programs simultaneously
