- 4 years of experience as a Service Now Developer
- Proven experience implementing CSDM within a CMDB, either customized or pre-existing.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB and related processes.
- Experience creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification in ServiceNow or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
