- B2 English level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ServiceNow terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders and facilitate challenging conversations.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog is a plus.
- A certification in ServiceNow or related methodologies is a plus (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist).
