Position Summary
Join our dynamic team of four engineers dedicated solely to IT integrations. As an IT Integration Sr. System Administrator , you will play a crucial role in our specialized team, focusing on seamless integration and migration of various infrastructure types. You will report directly to the VP of IT Integrations, ensuring that all projects align with our strategic goals and are executed efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and Assess : Conduct thorough assessments of the current technologies and systems of newly acquired companies.
- Design and Plan : Develop comprehensive plans for system upgrades and integration to ensure compatibility with the company's existing infrastructure.
- Implement : Execute the design and perform system upgrades, including hardware and software installations, configurations, and migrations.
- Monitor and Maintain : Continuously monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
- Collaborate : Work closely with other IT team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Troubleshoot : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to system upgrades and integrations.
- Train : Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on new systems and technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education & Experience
Certifications : Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Azure certifications are preferred.
