Position Summary
Do you have a penchant for organizing, collaborating, smiling, and having fun? We are a medical stabilization unit located in a prominent Dallas hospital. Our team provides support and medical care to those patients undergoing alcohol and drug withdrawals, among other medical complications. We are looking for a rock star patient care tech that can help be the eyes, ears, and face of the unit!
Essencial Duties and Responsabilities
- Assisting and supporting the nursing department in administrative responsibilities
- Observation rounding on patients.
- Performing admission screenings.
- Searching new intakes.
- Answering phones.
- Greeting patients and their care team.
- Organizing records and patients.
- keeping logs of activities.
- You will also work closely with nursing leadership to maintain communication platforms

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
