Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Community Director / Sr. Property Manager who can support multi-family housing sites within our Colorado portfolio, specifically, Denver, CO. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, looking for a great career opportunity with our growing property management company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Asset Management : Responsible for Financial analysis and reporting to meet assets financial goals.
- Operations Management : Quality Control of property including curb appeal, inspections, vendors. Responsible for all Resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations.
- Capital Projects : Manager the maintenance programs and assist in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, and coach for your site in accordance with company policy and creating positive work environments to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives.
- Marketing : Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the sites overall marketing plan.
- Customer Service : To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and positive impression of our company.
