Alila Ventana Big Sur will be hosting open interviews every Wednesday and Saturday from 2pm to 4pm, join us!
- Location : Interviews will be held at The Sur House, located at 48123 CA-1, Big Sur, CA 93920. You are welcome to park in any available spot near the roundabout at the top of the property.
- Directions : Once parked, proceed to the restaurant and let the host know you are here for an interview. They will notify a manager to meet with you.

The Host / Greeter position will be the first point of contact for guests entering our esteemed restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional level of hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will coordinate seating arrangements, manage reservations, and assist guests with any inquiries they may have. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to the overall excellence of the dining experience at the Sur House Restaurant.
The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.00. With Gratuity and a generous service charge within our all inclusive resort, this position has the potential to make $27 to $30 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.
Shift Times : AM and PM shift are available from 6 : 30 am to 2 : 30pm and 3 : 30pm to 11 : 30pm
