Manufacturing Accounting Assistant

Part time help needed in our Manufacturing department in an accounting role in office.

We are a Technical Textile company which produces it products overseas in the Asian Pacific Rim.

We are a family business that operates directly on a B2B company platform with a great reputation in our industry. We are hard workers and very customer focused.

Currently, we are looking for that special person that is excellent with numbers! And a great team player.

Job Requirements are but not  limited to :

• Excel report proficient and posses strong attention to details is a must in this position.
• This is the perfect position for that special person that has high retention and is extremely efficient.
• The position will consist of daily data entry into excel reports, creating reports as necessary, making wire payments and reconciliations and costing for sales team.
• Accounting experience is a plus, with a basic knowledge of math functions.
• Responsible for entering data into reports, understanding the reports, communicating by email and / or MS Teams with our global teams as well as your team in our Fuquay Varina office (HQ’s).
• We are looking for a responsible, dedicated, punctual person who is “team” oriented and willing to learn. Positive attitude is a must.
• MS Office proficient with Excel, TEAMS and Outlook experience suggested.
• The job is not a Remote Position, must have reliable transportation.
