Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Working Arrangement: In office
POSITION TYPE: Full time, 6 Month Contract-to-Direct hire work opportunity.
PAY: Target $55,000 - $65,000 annually based on education and skill level.
Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
High School diploma is required. College education is preferred.
Prior work experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or Distribution is preferred.
A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable activities is required.
Ability to generate invoices, reconcile accounts and follow up on late customer payments is required.
Knowledge of job costing is a major plus!
Organized individual able to manage multiple priorities.
Technical skills with MS Office with advanced Excel capability required. Prior experience working with an ERP system such as Plex, SAP, Dynamics, etc. needed.
Duties of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Maintain customer records in the system.
Create invoices for parts and services per customer specifications. Submit to customers via email and web portals.
Post payments to customer accounts. Research and resolve payment differences. Collaborate with sales to verify specialized pricing or discounts promised.
Generate monthly account statements and past dues notices.
Follow up with customers to collect overdue payments.
Generate Accounts Receivable reports. Provide Account status when requested.
Reconcile Accounts Receivable balances at month end.
Assist in projects and tasks as needed.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
