Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5 plus years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 plus years of experience in an accounting leadership position.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, job costing, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Technical skills in account reconciliation and cost analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
