Responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations of field staff, inventory control, and fleet/equipment management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate closely with Field Supervision to unify field and office staff, fostering high morale, productivity, and efficient, high-quality work performed safely.
- Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Identify cost-saving opportunities to support efficient resource management.
- Team Leadership, Development, and Engagement: Lead, support, and engage field and warehouse teams by fostering a collaborative work environment, implementing training programs, and developing technical competencies.
- Optimize field scheduling, inventory control, and fleet management by refining processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and leveraging technology such as ERP systems. Enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
- Proactively identify and address conflicts within the team or with cross-functional partners, fostering a solutions-oriented and constructive work culture.
- Oversee strategies for inventory control, consumable management, and fleet operations to ensure optimal resource
- availability, cost efficiency, and adherence to organizational and safety standards.
- Participate in physical inventory counts as needed, supervise the process, and reconcile any discrepancies by determining and implementing corrective actions.
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
