This role will require EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, rotating on-call availability , and effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members. While maintenance knowledge is important, no experience within the multi-family industry is required for this position.
Venterra Roving Ma intenance Technicians enjoy competitive hourly pay a performance-based bonus of up to $600 per quarter.
Given that the main focus of this role will require travel throughout the Atlanta region , the ideal candidate will need to have a working vehicle that allows the ability to travel throughout the region, as needed.

- Appliance Repair
- Locks & Keys
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and Drywall Repair
- Janitorial, Grounds
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field
- On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays; Required as needed
- Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Reliable vehicle
- Travel required
