Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems according to specifications
- Sell A/C products and services to new and existing clients (on-site)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience
- HVAC Certification is required
- EPA Type II Certification is a bonus
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
