Unit Systems : Pyxis, Cerner, SBAR
Job Requirements
Work Settings : MS / Tele, Telemetry
Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams
Endocrine / Metabolic : IV Insulin Protocols
GI : Feeding tube care and management
Genitourinary / Renal : Pre / Post hemodialysis mgmt., Renal failure
IV Therapy / Phlebotomy : Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care / management, Peripheral Line Care / Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Starting IVs
