We are in need of a Cross Media Specialist to facilitate the growth of our D2C and B2B channels. This role oversees all aspects of multimedia content, including copywriting, design, and production for television commercials, website, email, social media, blogs, paid advertising, and P.R. This role works well independently and also collaborates to support sales, operations, and product development efforts.
If you have serious multi-media production skills, have e-commerce experience, and are tech and business savvy, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a seasoned customer-focused professional with a passion for written and visual content to develop, optimize, and elevate our digital content and support continued growth across the brand.
Responsibilities :
- Manage content and promotions’ calendars.
- Manage, design and execute all brand copywriting in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Manage archival of all digital assets.
- Create 10, 30, or 60-second multi-platform video spots for each advertising campaign.
- Manage all aspects of email marketing from content creation to execution.
- Collaborate with social media and digital marketing teams on design, imagery, and trending organic content.
- Design, curate and manage the production of social posts, email blasts, print advertising, brand videos, and animations.
- Manage and maintain the Company’s YouTube channel.
- Support sales department needs, such as POP materials, seasonal campaigns, trade shows, and training collateral.
- Communicate advertising content and promotions to internal and external teams.
- Support company’s cross-functional content needs, such as customer service, reputation management, and recruiting.
- Manage the Company’s website management console; create web banners, slide shows, headers, and landing pages for each campaign.
- Manage and update auxiliary WordPress websites and various online and TV program guides.
- Manage Company’s email accounts.
- Create content for Company’s new outdoor electronic message board.
- Manage our electronic price tag platform.
- Measure all media content performance against brand and campaign KPIs.
- Deliver analytical and performance reports on campaigns to CEO and leadership team.
- Evaluate emerging trends and technologies and recommend adoption to CEO.
