POSITION SUMMARY
As a Brokerage Logistics Coordinator at Venture Connect, your responsibilities will include providing orientation to all new hires as well as training them on TMW, our phone system and all operations processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION :
- Train new employees on TMW, Ops processes and phone system
- Provide first day orientation to all new hires
- Help maintain training processes, based on new Operations procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Stay focused in a busy loud environment
- Regular and predictable attendance
