Role Overview :
The Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for VU’s cohort participants. This individual will coordinate and enhance every aspect of the program journey, from onboarding to alumni engagement, while fostering a high level of participant satisfaction and program effectiveness. Working closely with partners and participants globally, the Program Manager will also build community connections and maintain relationships to ensure a thriving, engaged alumni network.
Key Responsibilities :
Participant Engagement & Experience :
- Ensure seamless onboarding and guide participants throughout their program journey, ensuring smooth access to all necessary tools and resources.
- Coordinate live and virtual curriculum schedules, guest speakers, fireside chats, and events .
- Actively gather feedback to improve participant satisfaction, driving continuous improvements that foster positive outcomes and higher satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain proactive communication to ensure participants feel supported throughout the cohort.
