What You’ll Do
Seller Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and engage homeowners whose properties did not sell when they first tried.
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and strategic outreach to uncover seller motivation and challenges.
- Leverage a fully built-out CRM with pre-qualified prospects.
- Build rapport with sellers, uncovering the reasons their home didn’t sell.
- Schedule in-person or virtual consultations to assess seller needs and property details.
Consultative Selling & Problem Solving
- Diagnose why a home didn’t sell—pricing, marketing, condition, or lack of exposure.
- Educate sellers on their best options.
- Provide a clear strategy to reposition their home for maximum exposure and a successful sale.
- Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to clarify pricing strategy.
Transaction Management & Closing Support
- Guide sellers through the process with clear communication and expectation-setting.
- Work with title companies, buyers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Handle negotiations to maximize seller outcomes.
- Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in real estate sales, door-to-door sales, b2b sales & more.
- Strong ability to handle objections, rebuild seller confidence, and provide solutions.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or direct outreach preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and property positioning.
