What You’ll Do

Seller Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify and engage homeowners whose properties did not sell when they first tried.
  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and strategic outreach to uncover seller motivation and challenges.
  • Leverage a fully built-out CRM with pre-qualified prospects.
  • Build rapport with sellers, uncovering the reasons their home didn’t sell.
  • Schedule in-person or virtual consultations to assess seller needs and property details.

Consultative Selling & Problem Solving

  • Diagnose why a home didn’t sell—pricing, marketing, condition, or lack of exposure.
  • Educate sellers on their best options.
  • Provide a clear strategy to reposition their home for maximum exposure and a successful sale.
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to clarify pricing strategy.

Transaction Management & Closing Support

  • Guide sellers through the process with clear communication and expectation-setting.
  • Work with title companies, buyers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Handle negotiations to maximize seller outcomes.
  • Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in real estate sales, door-to-door sales, b2b sales & more.
  • Strong ability to handle objections, rebuild seller confidence, and provide solutions.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or direct outreach preferred.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and property positioning.
