Position: Java PowerBI Developer,
Location: Chevychase , Maryland,

Job Description:-
Mandatory Skills: Java - 5 years, SQL - 2 years, Spring - 1 year
Desired Skills:-
· Java/SQL code quality DevOps and business intelligence developer.
· Support and enhance proprietary GEICO code quality system and analyze key code quality information for all levels of IT management.
· Primarily using Java and some Groovy, mines DevOps systems like Sonar, TFS, and JIRA via REST and API interfaces to both report and integrate metrics into DevOps management systems to auto-create/close technical debt tickets in TFS and JIRA.
· Is comfortable using advanced SQL queries and analytics for data analysis and must be able to tune SQL Server views.
· Is good at information visualization and presenting data.
· Can implement dashboard reporting using a business intelligence tool like PowerBI or just Java POI/Excel Pivot Tables. Is familiar with Java Spring and Spring JDBC frameworks.
