• NetIQ Access Manager (Identity Provider and Access Gateway)
• NetIQ Self-service Password Reset (SSPR)
• Core Java
• JSP/Servlets
• UNIX/Linux
• Customer Management Skills
• Escalation Management
• Offshore resources management
• Project Management Experience (Doesn’t have to be certified)
Nice to have –
1) NetIQ Identity Manager
2) NetIQ Sentinel Log Manager
