Must have skills: SQL, JIRA, ADO, MS VS code, ERP, CRM

Requirements summary is Customer requires a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to :

1. Analyze existing system and documentation on UI related functionalities and be part of UI Rebuild cycle (will be dependent on document created by BSA with requirements
2. Craft high-quality functional requirements,
3. Developing comprehensive systems diagrams,
4. While maintaining traceability,
5. Project is planned to be executed in Adaptive methodology (Agile/Waterfall hybrid)

Experience Required:

• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., ADO, Jira, Asana).
• Strong Root Cause Analysis skills - Strong understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools a plus.
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful project completion.
• Adaptability: Open to learning and adapting to new systems, technologies, and business
• Ability to work independently but in a collaborative manner
• Ability to handle complex aspects of the projects
