Job Description:
Experience Required: 6 years
-Responsible for configuring, administering, and troubleshooting the Genesys Cloud platform (PureCloud or CX Cloud).
-Additionally, you will work closely with our DevOps team to set up CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and
deployment automation using Terraform. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and
related services (e.g., AWS EventBridge, Lambda, Kinesis) is essential.
Qualification:
-Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform (PureCloud or CX Cloud).
-Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
-Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
