Location: New York City – Flatiron District (onsite role)

Compensation: up to $200K base salary meaningful equity full benefits

The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who's excited to look after the MVP and the team of Engineers, with the role growing as the business scales. You'll play a critical role in shaping product architecture, owning projects end to end, and helping push the platform to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive, high-performance front-end experiences
• Collaborate with AI engineers to bring intelligent features into production
• Build and maintain scalable backend services
• Deploy and scale applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP), optimizing for cost and performance
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control workflows
• Contribute to system design, architecture decisions and team processes

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of experience in full-stack development, ideally within fast-paced startups
• Deep experience with TypeScript, Next.js or React, and a strong eye for UI/UX
• Proficient with backend technologies like Node.js or Python and RESTful APIs
• Comfortable deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions (or similar), and modern DevOps practices
• Bonus: Experience building SaaS products or integrating AI/ML models in production
