Ventus Executive Solutions (VES) is seeking a skilled Lead Administrator. The ideal candidate brings experience with high-level administrative and clerical duties such as managing records, correspondence and personal files. Previous Service Head Staff (OPNAV, Marine Corp Staff, Army Staff, Air Force General Staff) experience or TYCOM staff knowledge are ideal in the understanding of the job. Responsibilities include program coordination, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to steer the organization towards success. Candidate will provide professional support to the director and stakeholders while mentoring other front office staff.

Required Experience
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders specifically with calendar management
- Program Management experience through tracking key action items
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with front office teams, Executive Assistants, and senior leaders.
- High School diploma
- Top Secret Clearance
Desired Experience
- Experience as a Senior Chief Yeoman with prior experience on a group or TYCOM staff or OPNAV front offices.
- Bachelor's degree
